Your Session

An individualized process, guided by how your body responds.

There is no single formula that applies to everyone. The exact session depends on your history, your body, your goals and the way your system responds in the moment.

01

Arrive & Understand

Every session begins with a conversation and a period of quiet observation. We listen to your story, your concerns and your goals.

02

Observe

We observe how your body stands, moves, breathes and holds itself, and how each part relates to the parts above and below it—from the head and neck to the ribcage, pelvis, legs and feet.

03

Explore

The session may include precise manual contact, movement exploration, mechanical loading, exercise, awareness work or a combination of these approaches.

04

Integrate

The aim is to help the body discover more adaptable strategies rather than impose a predetermined shape or pattern.

Before & after

Prepare simply. Let the work integrate.

01

What to wear

Women: shorts and a sports bra. Men: boxer briefs or running shorts. If you prefer not to undress, the work can also be done through loose-fitting clothing that allows comfortable movement.

02

Before the session

Arrive a few minutes early, stay hydrated and avoid a heavy meal immediately before your session. Come with curiosity rather than expectations.

03

After the session

Give yourself some space before returning to intense activity. Hydrate, notice how you feel and allow the work time to integrate.

What remains constant

Each session is unique. We meet you where you are.

Ayman’s practice brings together clinical knowledge, evidence-informed work, observation, intuition and, most importantly, the involvement and willingness of the person to participate and engage in their own process.

The work is not about forcing the body. It is about creating the conditions for greater balance, adaptability, awareness, function and freedom to emerge.
