About Ayman

A whole-person approach to structure, movement and adaptation.

Through years of martial arts, studying the human body, Structural Integration and movement-based musculoskeletal physical therapy, Ayman developed an approach centred on the body as a three-dimensional living system.

01 / Philosophy

The body is not a collection of isolated parts.

Ayman’s work is centred around the body’s inherent capacity to heal, adapt, self-organize and self-regulate when given the right conditions.

He does not approach a person as a diagnosis, an injury, or a collection of individual body parts. A human being is a whole living system, and physical experience may connect with physiological, neurological, emotional, behavioral and psychosomatic layers.

02 / Adaptation
I walk the path of structure and the wisdom of the body.

I guide with presence, clarity and a deep respect for life. I believe in the body’s intelligence and in the power of alignment to transform everything.

03 / Practice

Listening, observing and creating conditions for change.

The practice brings together evidence-based practice, practice-based evidence, clinical knowledge and experience, observation, intuition and, most importantly, the person’s willingness to participate in their own process.

Ayman is interested in how the nervous system adapts to pain, experience and environment, and how those adaptations are expressed through movement, posture, tension and the fascial system.

Ayman sees the body as an intelligent, adaptive system. His role is to listen, support and create the conditions for change to happen naturally.
