During Rolfing® Session
The Process begins with a fairly talk about your History, Story , Sport and Current Activities followed by Postural Assessment and Movement Viewing to Assess Functional Qualities of the Structural Relationship Patterns Of The Body . The work will be done on a Treatment table , bench and In Space with calling for specific movements for somatic education.
What To Wear For Rolfing® Session
- For Women Sports bra and shorts , you will be covered with a blanket during the work
- For Men its Boxer Briefs or Running Short , you will be covered with a blanket during the work
- Time and Privacy are given to change/undress before the session and after the session
- Its Recommended to dress in the session as described above however if would like to be worked with your cloth on its totally fine it can be done with full clothing on but please wear comfortable loose clothing or thin material and avoid thick material such as leather and jeans.

- No Application of Ointment or Lotion before the session
